Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.

JEANS

We accept returns on jeans within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

NON-DENIM

Tops are eligible for a return within 5 days of delivery.

VINTAGE

Vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@sondersthelabel.com with photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your order for a refund and place a new one — this ensures you get the correct item faster.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transfer. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@sondersthelabel.com.
