Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on jeans within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Return shipping is simple and paid for by us

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@sondersthelabel.com with photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your order for a refund and place a new one — this ensures you get the correct item faster.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transfer. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@sondersthelabel.com.
Where are the jeans made and printed?
Our jeans are printed locally in Melbourne by our trusted partner and produced through our Melbourne-based supplier.

Order Processing & Production Time
Each pair of jeans is custom-made to your specifications. Once your order is placed, the process of printing your jeans is done by a third party.
Orders are typically processed and produced within 10–15 business days. This timeframe includes quality assurance checks to ensure your jeans meet our high standards.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, a notification with tracking details will be sent.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
Once print production is complete:
Estimated standard delivery within 3–7 business days.
Estimated express delivery within 1–3 business days.
Please note that estimated delivery times are affected by public holidays, and may vary during peak holiday periods.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided link.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- We currently do not offer international shipping without prior arrangement! *
